Terms & Conditions
Last updated: Phase 1 — sandbox release
These terms govern your registration and participation in the TREASURE HUNT 3 MATRIX platform. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to participate in a membership and rewards programme of this type.
You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where you live. The platform may restrict or decline registration where participation would breach applicable law.
2. Membership and Member ID
Each account receives a unique Member ID generated by the system. Member IDs cannot be transferred, sold or reassigned.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Auto Pool and matrix placement
Positions in the auto pool and matrix are assigned automatically by the system in the order recorded by the server. Members cannot select, purchase, reserve or exchange positions.
A club board consists of thirteen positions arranged as one, three and nine. A board is treated as complete only when all thirteen positions are filled.
4. Rewards and qualification
All reward figures published on this platform are illustrative and depend on qualification rules defined in the official plan and configured in the administration settings.
No reward, income, pension or promotion is guaranteed. Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer of investment, securities or a promise of financial return.
5. Test / sandbox phase
This version operates in test mode. No real money is collected, no USDT is transferred, and all reward records are sandbox values used solely for testing.
Sandbox records carry no monetary value and create no payment obligation.
6. Conduct
You may not create duplicate accounts, submit false information, attempt to manipulate placement order, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
Accounts found in breach may be suspended, and related records annotated in the audit log.
7. Changes and termination
Plan parameters may be updated through the administration settings. Historical transactions and audit records are never altered retrospectively.
We may suspend or terminate the service, or an individual account, where required by law or in case of abuse.
