Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how membership cancellation and refunds are handled.
Current phase
No payment of any kind is collected during the test / sandbox phase. There is therefore nothing to refund for accounts created in this phase.
Cancelling your account
You may request cancellation of your membership at any time through support. Cancellation stops future participation.
Positions already assigned on a matrix board are historical records. They are not reversed, resold or transferred, because doing so would alter the recorded order for other members.
Future paid memberships
When paid memberships are introduced in a later phase, refund eligibility, timing and any applicable window will be published here before payments are accepted.
Digital-asset transactions, once confirmed on a blockchain, are technically irreversible; any refund would be handled as a separate, discretionary transfer subject to the terms in force at that time.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support before initiating a dispute so that records can be reviewed against the audit log.
