This policy explains what personal information the 3 MATRIX platform collects, why it is collected, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
Registration data: full name, email address, mobile number, country and the sponsor or referral ID you provide.
Account activity: your Member ID, queue numbers, matrix positions, club memberships, promotions, notifications and reward records.
Technical data required to operate the service securely, such as authentication session data and timestamps.
How we use it
To operate your membership, assign auto pool and matrix positions, calculate club progress and maintain accurate audit records.
To communicate service notifications such as placement confirmations, club completion and promotion status.
Storage and security
Passwords are hashed by the authentication provider and are never stored or visible in plain text.
Access to member records is restricted by row-level database policies: members can read their own records, and administrators have separate authorised access which is logged.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited information such as Member ID and matrix position may be visible within the structure so members can understand their board.
Your choices
You can update your profile details from your dashboard and request account deletion through support. Certain records must be retained for audit integrity.
