Jurisdiction

Referral-based membership programmes are regulated differently across countries. Members are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful where they reside, and the platform may restrict access in specific jurisdictions.

Record integrity

Placements, completions, promotions and reward records are written server-side with timestamps. Historical transactions cannot be edited; corrections are applied as new, authorised entries with a full audit trail.

Automated actions are recorded with the actor SYSTEM. Administrative actions record the acting administrator.

Data protection

Member records are protected by row-level access rules. Administrative access is limited to authorised roles and is logged.

Phased blockchain rollout

Real-money payments, USDT BEP-20 transfers and smart-contract payouts are deliberately excluded from this release. They will only be enabled after functional testing, an internal review and an external security audit.
