How It Works

From registration to club promotion

Every critical operation runs on the server. Members never place themselves, and order is preserved exactly as it was recorded.

1. Registration

You submit your details with a sponsor / referral ID and accept the terms, risk and reward disclosures. A unique Member ID is generated and your status is set to REGISTERED.

2. Server timestamp

The moment your record is created, the server records the exact joining time. This timestamp — not your device clock — decides your order in the pool.

3. Applicable club

The system determines which club pool applies to you. New members start in Club 1.

4. Queue number

You receive the next unused queue number for that club, for example Queue #0001, #0002, #0003.

5. Position assignment

The engine finds the next available position on the active 13-position board and assigns it to you. Manual selection is not possible.

6. Matrix event

A matrix event and an audit record are written, and you receive a notification confirming your placement.

7. Club progress

The board's filled count updates. Positions 1 to 13 are checked on every placement.

8. Completion at 13/13

Only when all thirteen positions are filled is the club marked COMPLETED. Nine positions is not completion.

9. Promotion check

Every member on the completed board is checked against the qualification rule configured by administrators.

10. Next club

Qualified members receive a membership and pool entry for the next club, the promotion event is recorded, and a notification is sent.

Qualification rules are configurable by administrators and applied uniformly. No member is hard-coded to receive a promotion.
