How It Works
From registration to club promotion
Every critical operation runs on the server. Members never place themselves, and order is preserved exactly as it was recorded.
1. Registration
You submit your details with a sponsor / referral ID and accept the terms, risk and reward disclosures.
2. Pending account
The system creates your account, profile, unique Member ID and sponsor relationship. Your membership remains pending.
3. Successful activation
Activation must complete successfully before you enter the Club 1 Auto Pool. Registration alone does not create an Auto Pool position.
4. FCFS queue
After activation, the server records your eligible joining order and assigns the next unused queue number for the applicable club. Manual selection is not possible.
5. Position assignment
The engine assigns the next available Auto Pool position and records the placement event.
6. Personal board progress
Your personal three-level matrix tracks 1 + 3 + 9 positions for a total of 13 positions in the current club.
7. Completion at 13/13
Your personal board is complete only when all thirteen required positions are filled. Nine positions is not completion.
8. Promotion check
Each member is checked for promotion based on that member's own personal board reaching 13/13 positions and the configured qualification rule.
9. Next club
A qualified member is moved into the next club automatically with no additional payment — the $3 is a one-time registration amount. The promotion event is recorded and a notification is sent.
Qualification rules are configurable by administrators and applied uniformly. No member is hard-coded to receive a promotion.
